Postage and Delivery
All delivery services are provided free of charge to mainland UK. Please allow 7 days for delivery. During busy times, or bank holidays, deliveries may be affected. Our delivery service covers mainland UK only. The service does not extend to the Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Scottish Isles or Northern Ireland. Returns
If you have changed your mind and wish to return your item, please contact Customer Services. Any returned item must be in original new condition and returned within 10 days. Smart Solar are not liable for any returned items lost in transit. If you have received an incorrect item that differs from your receipt, please contact Customer Services. Any refunds will be made to the card that was used for payment.
If you think there is a fault with your item, please check the FAQs page, where there might be an answer to your query. Alternatively please contact Customer Services as soon as you recognize the fault with as much information as you can about the product. A replacement or solution will be provided.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
